Terms of Use

1. Who can use EVEREP

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What EVEREP does

EVEREP builds workouts from photos of the equipment around you, gives feedback on your exercise technique, and lets you share your training with other members. Workouts and feedback are produced with AI and are general guidance, not personal medical or coaching advice.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

• EVEREP is a paid subscription, bought through the App Store or Google Play.
• New members get a free trial: 7 days as standard, 14 days with a friend's invite code or a partner property, 30 days for founding members who joined the waitlist before launch. Only one free trial per person.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the trial and each billing period, and your store account is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
• If the price changes, your store tells you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

4. Train safely

Exercise carries risk of injury. You train at your own risk and are responsible for choosing loads and movements you can do safely. Read the Health & Safety Disclaimer before you start. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

5. Your content

• You own the photos, videos, posts and comments you add.
• You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and share that content only to run EVEREP, for example to show your post in the feed. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Only upload content you have the right to share. Do not photograph or film other people without their permission, including other gym members.

6. Community rules: zero tolerance

EVEREP has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. You must not post or send anything that is:

• hateful, harassing, threatening, bullying or discriminatory;
• sexual, nude, violent or graphic;
• illegal, or promoting drugs, weapons or self-harm;
• spam, scams, advertising, or impersonation of someone else;
• someone else's private information or images without consent.

You can report any post, comment or profile and block any member from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or remove the accounts responsible.

7. Fair use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer EVEREP; interfere with its security; use it to train other AI systems; or misuse invite codes or trials. Invite codes are personal and cannot be sold or traded.

8. Partner hotels, condos and companies

If you use EVEREP through a hotel, condo or employer, these terms still apply. The partner provides access only; EVEREP is responsible for the service.

9. Our content

The EVEREP name, logo, app and exercise demonstrations belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only inside EVEREP.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, then Delete account, or at everep.app/delete-account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections 4, 5 (for content already shared), 11 and 12 continue after your account ends.

11. Our responsibility

We work to keep EVEREP accurate and available, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. AI output can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your training or from reliance on EVEREP's guidance. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for EVEREP in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia handle any dispute, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded EVEREP from the App Store:

• These terms are between you and EVEREP Ventures, not Apple. EVEREP Ventures, not Apple, is responsible for the app, its support, and any claims about it (including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property).
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• You confirm you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use EVEREP after that means you accept the new terms.
