Workouts, set and weight guidance, and technique feedback in EVEREP are general fitness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace a qualified professional who knows your health.

AI can be wrong

EVEREP uses AI to recognise equipment, build workouts and review technique. It can misidentify a machine, suggest an exercise that does not suit you, or miss a fault in your form. A good technique score does not mean a movement is safe for you. Use your own judgement every time.

Check with a doctor first if you

• have a heart condition, high blood pressure, chest pain, or have ever fainted or felt dizzy during exercise;
• have a bone, joint, back or muscle problem that could be made worse by exercise;
• are pregnant or have given birth in the last six months;
• take medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or balance;
• are returning from injury, surgery or a long break, or have any other health concern.

While you train

• Warm up, start light, and progress gradually.
• Choose loads you can control with good form; use a spotter or safety pins for heavy lifts.
• Check equipment is set up correctly and in good condition before you use it.
• Respect the rules of the gym, hotel, condo or workplace facility you are in.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, chest discomfort, dizziness, faintness or unusual shortness of breath, and seek medical help.

You take part voluntarily and accept the risks of exercise, including injury. To the extent the law allows, EVEREP Ventures is not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from your use of EVEREP or any facility or equipment. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

Partner properties

Hotels, condos and companies that offer EVEREP provide access only. They do not supervise your workout, and this disclaimer applies to you while you train there.
